great B and B near selsey
good room good food great service
I searched for accommodation close to my daughter. Everything about this place is GOOD. The rooms were nice and so was the food. Service was good and nothing was much trouble. THANK this place, i will be back.
the radiator was not on when i arrived and it did not improve. the bathroom needs to be updated. the towel rail kept falling off.

freshly cooked breakfast nice addition walking distance
The breakfast choice provided many options. I particularly appreciated the freshly cooked breakfast. The electric blanket was a nice addition. We found several dining locations within walking distance of the hotel.
The entrance to the hotel was a little obscured by the hedge, i must say.

Parking was plentiful once inside the yard. The honesty bar was a nice touch and allowed us to enjoy a glass of wine. We could write down what we took and pay on the day of departure.

The room had lots of towels and drinks, appreciated. Snacks were also provided IN the room. I Found the beds very comfy. Everything was tastefully furnished and very MODERN.

The location provided a short walk to the sea, restaurants, and shops. It was very relaxing and calming with beautiful surroundings. I thought that the location was great for exploring West Sussex.

The breakfast included perfect poached eggs. It was a treat. The room was really clean. I noticed that right away. The hostess was pleasant. She.

warm welcome comfortable room peaceful garden
The staff greeted me warmly! They showed me to a very comfortable room! The hotel prepared breakfast with great care and presented it beautifully. There was ample parking available, a very big plus, and the garden was so peaceful. ?!
The towel rail in the bathroom seemed a little loose..
